Maligayang Pasko Sa Lahat!

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way!

It’s Christmas season once again in the Christmas capital of the world that is Philippines. In my country Christmas season starts from the month of September when malls start putting up Christmas decors the same time with goblins and monsters. Festivities don’t start until the thirty first of October, all souls day when families hold their reunions in cemeteries. That’s why for Mr. Jack O' Lantern, Philippines may not be the best place for him to hang around because he sure doesn’t want to share Halloween with Santa Claus. Decors hang around until the whole month of January, the festival of three kings (I think). In Silang Cavite, it even stretches until the month of February the town fiesta. So if you have plans to visit Philippines during these festive seasons, better prepare yourselves especially your belly for endless partying.

Know Your Enemy

Cooking Ng Ina

Ang swerte ko. Ang swerte swerte ko.

You know why?

Because all the women in my life knows how to cook and they cook oh so gooooood!

Then my two sisters who has their own specialties, naalala ko nun nung nag be-bake pa ang aking eldest sister ng mga cakes.

Yum yum! Burp! Busog! Solb!

My Own Space

I would like to thank my wife for giving me my own space. Once a week I have the opportunity to spend time with myself. Now, that one hour I can spend either going to the gym or the library.

Lets face it we all need our own space sometime, a moment when we can pamper ourselves, revive our physical wellness, explore different things, think about options.

Having a time away from Ethan and Jenny makes me miss them badly and it’s a good feeling.

Well I was born in the sign of water
And it's there that I feel my best
The albatross and the whales
they are my brothers
It's kind of a special feeling
When you're out on the sea alone
Starin' at the full moon
like a lover

Well I've never been romantic
And sometimes I don't care
I know it may sound selfish
But let me breathe the air

Good Luck to all Pinoy band finalsits of
WORLD BATTLE OF THE BANDS. Go Pinoys!

first you save yourself
then you save the world
but first you save yourself
i’m a great explorer, i’ve been exploring your mind
i found giant rivers, mountain ranges never climbed
i’m a great explorer, but now i’m lost inside your head
i don’t have directions just a heavy load instead
you said you’d save me if i ever got lost
i’m a great believer in believing in you
but i don’t have a compass,
no plans for pushing through
i guess i’m pinned down, bad weather’s on the way
i need your shelter now
living in an unforgiving world
and it doesn’t help us very much
if you throw the line to someone else
first you save yourself
then you save the world
but first you save yourself

State of Nirvana

Nirvana is the final state of liberation. It is a condition where nothing actually happens, moves, changes or becomes. Is it a state of bliss. This is called the cessation of becoming which is "neither arising, nor passing away, neither standing still nor being born, nor dying. In Nirvana, one is unborn, without source, uncreated and unformed real into which escape is possible for the beings through cessation of craving. Is it a passing away into some void, into some nothingness, into some state that is without a center and without a boundary. Blah blah blah…..ek ek ek

I have discovered the perfect way to achieve a state higher than Nirvana.

There are five simple stages:

1.Exercise and workout
2.After workout, rest and eat plenty
3.Go to the bathroom and Pupuuu (oo, umebak ka)
4.Take a hot shower
5.Last, prepare yourself to take a nap

When you wake up, spread the word and share my teachings.
